Minimum requirements:BCom degree or equivalent.BCom Honours degree or equivalent.3-4 years experience in a similar role.Newly qualified CA(SA) with completed articles or 2 years experience in a similar role if not a Chartered Accountant.Previous experience in the property and construction industry will be advantageous. Responsibilities:Administers financial processes and tasks for a portfolio of properties and companies.Reconciles General Ledgers and allocates costs accordingly.Budget and Forecasting - Provides input into the budget and monitors expenditure.Cash Flow Management and Payments - Manage the daily cash position and ensure timeous availability of funds. Ensures the timeous payments to suppliers based on valid TAX invoices.Prepares financial reporting.Assists auditors during the external audit process.Reports on BEE spend for the BEE scoring purposes.Manage the taxation function for portfolio of companies. This involves Statutory tax, provisional tax as well as VAT.Identifies and manages business risk.Participates in training and development initiatives in line with personal developmentStaff management and staff performance management.
