A company within the Logistics space is seeking the expertise of a Compensation and Benefits Manager with a focus on Payroll to join their team to be based in JHB North. The Key Responsibilities for this Role IncludeCompany’s Compensation and Benefits are correctly administered ensuring that employees’ compensation is inline with their role levelsBenefit SurveysCollection of data and continuous analysisAccuracy of monthly processesSalary reviewsAssist with negotiations when offers are presented to candidatesManage and oversee payroll system (ESS)Prepares submission job evaluation purposes for SSA Area officeSubmit reports and feedback to HRPBsManage Job Evaluation process for all grades, set the framework and standards for job evaluationConduct job analysis and evaluation, salary administrationImplementation, updating and improvement of compensation processesEnsure CRISP audit requirements are uploaded and manage complianceEnsure General Ledger is prepared for compensation reporting purposesPrepare monthly SMT HR Dashboard in relation to Absence cost, annualised attrition, average tenure, FTE movements, number of promotions, overtime, and absencerateManage and process death and disability claim effectively and timelyProvides support for the design of employee benefit programsAssist SSA area office in the design and implementation of employee benefits strategies, policies, procedures, and plansQualificationDegree in Human ResourcesPostgraduate Qualification in Business ManagementCertificate in Finance or Payroll Experience8 years experience in Human Resources5 years experience Managing Payroll as well as Company Benefits and Compensation of at least an organisation size of 500+ employees3 years experience leading a payroll team If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
