We are seeking a dedicated Financial Accountant to join our team and directly support our Financial Manager. As a Financial Accountant you will:Manage administrative and processing tasks related to debtorsProcess and report on collection of all debtors' accountsAllocate unknown receipts to relevant tenant accountsEnsure the timely dispatch of invoices and statements to tenantsHandle tenant queries and reconciliations promptly and efficientlyReview cashbooks and report on balancesUpdate client details on finance systemsAssist with month-end procedures and balance sheet reconciliationsAid in year-end audit requirements and reconciling inter-company transactionsProvide direct support to the Property Accountant for smooth monthly billing operationsCompile monthly VAT schedules and conduct analytics for review by the Financial ManagerPerform any other ad hoc tasks as required Job Experience and Skills Required:Hospitality industry is preferredRelevant BCom in financial qualification preferredProficiency in MS ExcelValid drivers license and own transportOpen to travel
