MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR / EAST LONDON – This is a hands-on position. The ideal Candidate will have Strong Leadership and organizational /planning skills, with a valid code 08 license and own reliable transport. Stable job history is crucial. The purpose of this role will be to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and production line to ensure efficient and effective production processes. Their primary goal is to meet production targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure the safety of workers while maximizing productivity and minimizing costs.Minimum Requirements;Min. 2 years Supervisory experience in a Dairy or FMCG Manufacturing environmentGood Computer Skills (Excel, Spreadsheets, Email)Fluent in English – Read, Speak and WriteMust be able to work under pressure.Basic HR knowledgeMust be good with numbersSalary: R8 – R13k (depending on experience)Application Process:
