My client, a leading and well known Print Company requires an experienced Software Developer to join their vibrant team in Ottowa South, Durban.CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB This position involves custom application/web development. You will experience the freedom of building custom web applications using your own leadership and programming skills. Our web developers are capable of full cycle project leadership including application design input, site layout/user interface and database design/programming.We are embarking on agile development methodologies, and most of our work is done in a purely agile environment. We use Scrum, continuous integration, and peer reviews on a daily basis, and we adhere to the "inspect and adapt" principle as we seek new ways to innovate. KEY PERFORMANCE AREASMaintain and create applications in Microsoft.Net - SQL Server, C#, ASP, MVC, RazorDocument and report on timesheetsIdentify and solve current and future problems within applications. Ability to adopt an Analytical approach is solving problems; meeting deadlines & using own initiative.Keep abreast of the latest technologies and happenings. NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB Highly flexible and fast-moving environment.
