The suitable candidate must have the following requirements:Qualifications & Computer literacy* Financial qualification* MS Word & MS Excel (advance to intermediate)* Pastel* Previous cleaning or chemical experience would be to your advantageAccounting Operations:* Managing accounting operations (including billings, accounts receivable, general ledger, accounts payable etc.)* Ensure correct allocation of bank statement transactions* Preparation and submission of daily commission calculations* Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and maintained on the internal database* Provide operational support with regards to chemical orders placed and delivery schedules* Prepare payments for approval by the Financial Manager and CEO* Adherence to all quality standards and processes within the budget and finance area* Assist with the processing and reconciliations
