Main Purpose of the JobThe Senior Business Analyst will integrate technical skills with business acumen to identify business problems, needs and improvement opportunities.In instances where initiatives demand the specification of business requirements, the Senior Business Analyst will actively engage in soliciting, comprehending, and documenting the business requirements, processes, and workflows of the solution or customer.This includes the development of both written and visual representations of requirements and process flows. The Senior Business Analyst will ensure that the anticipated quality and value of changes being implemented in the business environment align with stakeholder objectives.Competencies and Minimum Requirements:Knowledge, qualifications, and experienceA bachelor's degree or Business Analysis qualificationMinimum 5 years Business Analysis working experience, preferably in a telecoms environmentAt least 1 years Salesforce experience in CommsCloud or VelocityExperience in AGILE, JIRA and ConfluenceExperience in managing a small team (3-5 people)A sound understanding of modern Teleco Utility and Fibre industry practices, e.g. understanding of telecoms BSS & OSS systemsExperience in analyzing large data sets across different systems and identifying key attributes that can be used to derive logic (BI) from Experience in working with a third-party implementation vendorExperience in solving complex problems for customers (internal or external).Experience in building successful relationships and working collaboratively across departmental teams.Experience at working in a fast paced, proactive and delivery focused environmentsDemonstrated excellent understanding and application of business analysis principles, processes, and techniquesKnowledge of the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 standard is a requirementStrong consultative and advisory skills
