Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic team in East London. Job Description:- Input of hours and data on a weekly basis for plant
- Print and issue payslips
- Weekly and/or Monthly GL and Reports to Finance
- SARS reconciliations twice a year
- Print and issue IRP5’s once a year
- Administer new appointments and resignations
- Responsible for the administration of employee benefits
- Send application forms to medical aid and Pension fund for new appointments
- Send withdrawal forms on resignation
- Input new employees on the time management system.
- Import hours into People 300 Sage on a weekly basis.
- Monthly overview of hours worked to management.
- Monthly absenteeism report to management
- Maintain employee files and ensure that all legal required documents are available.
- Attend to payroll related queries.
- Provident fund recons (MIBCO)
Job Requirements:
- Matric with at least 3-5 years relevant experience in Payroll of a production/assembly plant; preferably automotive sector
- Payroll Certificate preferable sage 300
- Practical experience in running the full payroll of +/-500 employees.
- Good command of English
- Self-starter with a strong leaning towards accuracy and detail
- Sound Computer Skills – MS Office
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
