This is an opportunity to showcase your Business and Technical skills and experience in designing database systems / applications, in collaboration with super users and developers.Responsibilities Include:
Requirements Gathering:
- Engage with internal stakeholders to thoroughly understand business needs and objectives.
- Collect and document detailed business requirements to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project scope.
- Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and developers to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
- Design and architect database systems based on gathered business requirements.
- Ensure the database design aligns with business needs, scalability requirements, and industry best practices.
- Write clear and concise technical requirements documentation for developers, providing a detailed blueprint for system implementation.
- Communicate technical requirements in a manner that enables developers to efficiently implement solutions that meet business objectives.
Education:
- A Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- A Business Analysis Certificate would be an added bonus.
Essential:
- +3 years Business Analysis experience in the IT Industry.
- A Strong Technical background (As a Software Developer preferably).
- A Solid background in writing clear and concise technical requirements documentation for developers, providing a detailed blueprint for system implementation.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience in the Logistics industry would be an added advantage.
