Description:

Primary responsibilities:
Assisting with generating, processing, and importing invoices. Mailing of invoices, statements, detailed breakdowns & age analysis upon request Assisting with the collection of funds Assisting with the processing of set-offs and debit order payments Assisting with the preparation and processing of client payments Dealing with debtor & creditor queries Monthly processing and reconciliation of accounts. Intercompany reconciliations. Assisting with accounts handed over for collection. Assisting with petty cash, stationery and purchasing of office supplies Assist with month-end runs. Filing and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Matric & Finance related degree or diploma MS Office with advance excel experiences A minimum of 2 years’ experience.
