We are looking for an experienced and passionate Skills development practitioner, to join a well-known JSE listed energy and chemical company in Sandton on a 6-12 month contract.
Drive digital learning adoption strategy and statistics for the Energy unit
Implementation of developmental structures for the team, as well as technical coaching and mentoring structures
Stakeholder liaison
Implement the L&D team development program
Succession planning
Compose the on-boarding program
Training / coaching needs analysis
Framework implementation
Establish governance structures
Responsible for the user friendly section of the L&D intranet
Gaps analysis
Contract renewals
Regional learning forum facilitation and logistics
Facilitate bench-marking and collaboration exercises
Supporting OME's and Skills Academies with workplace approval and accreditation application process
Assist with CHIETA registration process
Facilitating the Annual WSP/ATR data preparation process and consolidate/QA Sasol WSP/ATR
Must have:
MUST be able to start in September
Matric
Bachelors degree - completed
SDF Accredited certificate
No less than 4 years' working experience within a L&D development role, prefer someone from energy and chemical sector
Excellent English written and verbal communication, Afrikaans communication would be a plus
