Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Drive business performance
Brand and product management
Closing deals
Key accounts - financial, marketing, engagement and satisfaction

Contract negotiations
New business development
Business retention
Grow verticals - convenience / groceries
Put processes in place
Build tools to streamline processes within the business
Drive continuous improvement - Product and operations
Non - negotiables:
Must have the desire to work with restaurants / merchants and building strategic partnerships
No less than 3 years' Account Manager experience
Must reside in Pietermaritzburg
Willing to travel
Available immediately to start
Valid Matric
Completed Bachelor degree - Commercial / Technical related
