Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and stakeholders. Oversee treasury functions, managing cash flow and optimising financial resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategies. Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations. Manage tax compliance and reporting, ensuring adherence to regulations. Support the CFO in strategic financial initiatives and growth opportunities. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proven experience as a Financial Manager in the property or real estate industry. Strong financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting expertise. Sound knowledge of property industry financial dynamics. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
