We are looking for an Operational, people orientated strong Talent Acquisition Manager that is available immediately to join my client - one of the TOP 4 Banks in S.A. on a 6-month contract in JHB.
Manage 15 staff
Successfully manage the talent acquisition operations
Ensure transformational targets are met
Recruit and develop recruitment staff
Set performance targets for the team
Upskill and motivate team

Ability to conduct behavioural based interviews
SLA compliance
Must have:
Matric
Advanced diploma / degree
No less than 5-8 years' recruitment experience, 3 years' working within a management role
Advanced acquisition
