Responsibilities for this position
Responsible and accountable for 4G/5G Quality of service in 1 area of Network
Ensure improvement of OSS/DT/Crowd-source KPIs and ensure compliance to KPI target
Provide monthly capacity requirement analysis
Perform Monthly benchmarks analysis and optimization recommendations
Knowledge & Experience required
At least 5 years experience as a 5G optimization engineer
Extensive knowledge of 4G/5G mobile networks architecture
Proficient in Network Quality of service KPIs analysis
Troubleshooting for Availability, Accessibility, retain-ability, mobility, performance issues
on 4G VoLTE and PS
Expert in 4G/5G parameters and features.
Drive test and MR analysis experience.
Quality of presentation
5G knowledge is a plus
Experience in 5G shutdown project is a plus
Personal Traits / attributes and any other requirements
