Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Fundi with management experience to join our insurance client towards Limpopo - Polokwane.
Responsible for recruiting and developing sales representatives
Get team to achieve monthly sales targets
Draft sales plan at regional level
Involved with the budget process on provincial level
Compile monthly management reports
Expense budget management and reporting
Stakeholder engagement
Successfully manage the regional sales team: regional office, admin and client services
Conduct site and district visits
Identify training needs for administration team on provincial level
Must have:
Completed Matric
FSCA recognised qualification (long term insurance)
RE 5 and RE 1 is a PLUS
Depending on DOFA, 30 - 120 long term FAIS credits
No less than 1 year management experience within long term insurance
No less than 6 months' long term insurance industry experience
No less than 6 months' intermediary and advice experience in category A
Excellent track record of career success - individual and team
