Diploma in Forestry as the minimum, Btech will be an advantage At least 10 years` experience as a forester of which at least 2 of these must be at Senior Forester Level. Budgeting and Budget control Good team player with good communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Extensive firefighting experience Proficiency in Micro Forest PMI and BSi, Excel, Word, GIS, PowerPoint & Outlook Technical knowledge of the environment Planning & organisational skills Management of vehicles and equipment for the area Establish, maintain and protect plantation assets Adhere to all environmental, conservation legislation Manage Contractors where applicable Risk/Safety/FSC requirements Liaise Function with Relevant stakeholders Personnel Development/Management Administration Plantation database management Manage own Silviculture labour Annual budget control
