Experience:
- 1 - 3 years experience
Duties:
- Ensure accurate processing of accounts payable data
- Reconcile monthly expense reports
- Post accounts payable invoices
- Assist accounts payable staff with recognising invoice errors
- Research discrepancies and call vendors
- Analyse credit card transactions and note discrepancies
- Process accounts payable invoices, note errors and make correction
