Min 5 years Experience
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Manage the recruitment and selection process. Handle all Union matters. Ensure compliance with Bargaining Councils. Preparation of all charges for warnings including copies of files. Company representative for the hearings. Book the Chairperson for the hearing. Ensure the witnesses are available for the hearing. Regular communication with all employees. Assist with BBEEE, EE, SKILLS. Manage all employee leave. Responsible for the full payroll function
