Description:
Our client is looking for a Qualified Electrical Engineer with strong Mechanical background, Good Planning/Management Skills, and is able to work under pressure. This person will takeover the Electrical Management of the Plant.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
Ensure Plant up time according to agreed standards Ensure Site is maintained according to agreed standards Assess machinery and equipment maintenance needs and develop an effective preventative maintenance plan Develop an effective manpower plan and manage subordinates according to agreed KPAs: Engineering and Site Services Ensure adequate planned maintenance implementation program and an adequate response time to unplanned maintenance (breakdowns) Measure and analyse trends to develop improvement programs Assist with the conduct of root cause analysis and propose improvement plans Develop implementation program for improvement plans Health, Safety and Environmental compliancePERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR:
The safe use of all equipment and machinery within the set specification.REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent with qualified tradeREQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
At least 10 years’ experience in manufacturing environmentRECOMMENDED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALITIES:
Qualified Electrical Engineer with strong Mechanical background Good Planning/Management Skills, able to work under pressure.
