Description:
The Data Graduate resource will be responsible for the support and assisting the team where needed. The graduates will follow instructions according to the Team Lead/Line manager.
Primary Responsibilities for the Role
The Data Graduate resource will be responsible for the following duties:
- Required to assist in the development of Data related processes.
- The candidate will reports directly to a senior member of the EPM team.
- Clear understanding of Database structures.
- Ability to troubleshoot any issues which might occur in terms of system and data.
- Ability to work under pressure
Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Coordinating Skills.
- Service Orientation Skills.
- Interpersonal Skills.
- Understanding of complex data sets
- Ability to work with CSV and Text based data sets
- Microsoft SQL Skills (e.g. SELECT, UPDATE, DELETE and JOIN statements)
- Ability to converse both to business and technical stakeholders
- Understanding of multidimensional models (hierarchies, dimensions, etc)
- Understanding of Business Intelligence
- Basic understanding of the concept of ETL processes
- BCom in Informatics, BSc In Informatic, or related degree
