On the lookout for a candidate with a LLB degree / related degree, post graduate in compliance risk management, more than 8 years' long term insurance sector, with 5 years' holding a Regulatory Compliance Risk Management role. Role is towards Pretoria.
MUST have experience in compliance monitoring.
Responsibilities:
Offer legal advice
Support the Compliance division
Conduct strategy sessions
Policy development
Draft compliance risk management plans
Draft compliance monitoring plan
Be part of training
Resolutions for non-compliance
Report writing
Stakeholder engagement - EXCO
Risk management
Focus on reducing costs
Clear ITC / Credit
Clear criminal record
Great track record - reference checks will be conducted upfront
