Responsibilities:
Assist the bank with transition to net-zero plan (Science based) Strategy development and implementation Risk management Development and implementation of processes to reach bank climate and nature goals Policy drafting Stakeholder engagement and management Advisory Workshops Research Reporting Training Project implementation and coordinationRequirements:
Matric completed Bachelors' degree in science, environmental management, climate science or business/science related PLUS - Post graduate in environmental management, sustainability, environmental economics, climate science SACNASP registration No less than 10 years' experience within climate and nature operational / consulting experience MUST have experience with involvement / management of net-zero transition plan No less than 3 - 5 years' experience working with government entities, academics/research institutes, business, non-government entities MUST come from financial services, sustainable finance or strategy consulting. PLUS - Global company work experience MUST have a clear criminal record, clear ITC (credit record), clear Fraud record Great track record - reference checks will be conducted upfrontSkills:
