Overview:
This role is responsible for the relevant Branch's Debtors Book, and reports to the Finance Manager.
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric 2-3 years proven experience as Debtors Clerk Finance qualification or equivalent (added advantage) Computer Literate - Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Pastel Experience with BPO (added advantage)

Deposit Control Receipting Credit control Customer queries-Copies of invoices, statements and refunds Creating Ship to and Bill to Generating of Debit order run
Contracts:
Loading of Smart Click agreements Handle Customer queries
Other:
Petty Cash Perform additional duties as instructed by Finance Manager
